The front clerks were rude and wouldn’t allow my wife to check in for the room. The lady spoke to my wife as if she is stupid and spoke with a terrible attitude.

They wouldn’t let us eat our breakfast due to having 2 children which was stated at the time of booking and when checking into the room.
