The staff was great

The towels were not replaced or topped up

Property was convenient to where I needed to be

Made an error in booking and cannot get a reply from the facility. Pretty upsetting since I have now paid double for two nights stay at a very run down hotel that has a very inflated.

The room was nice and comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent and was included in the room price! Very good value for the price we paid. Not new and not fancy but very functional and clean.

Just a little bit old. Rooms could use some updating.

The breakfast was fantastic! Best part of the whole stay honestly. And the fact that you don't have to pay for parking! That is a nice bonus as well.

I normally don't like leaving bad reviews but this was a particularly bad experience. I had arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM (half hour before checkout) and was told that my room wasn't quite ready yet. I was attending a wedding reception at the hotel so I had no problem waiting in the lobby for my room to be ready. About a half hour goes by and I was told my room still wasn't ready so some friends and I went to grab a snack. I got back to the hotel again around 4:45 and was told my room still wasn't ready. The wedding reception started at 5:00 PM and I was hoping to get in my room before it started. I then waited until 5:00, my room still wasn't ready. By the time I was let into my room it was past 6:00 PM, and the supper portion of the reception was starting. The front staff was not apologetic at all, and there were quite a few other wedding guests who still hadn't checked into their rooms until after dinner as well. Especially since there was a block of rooms booked for the hotel, I would have hoped that guests would have no trouble checking in but this was not the case. It was extremely frustrating and it would have been nice for staff to maybe show a little more care and be a little more apologetic given the circumstances. We were not offered any sort of discount, room upgrade, or other "apology" which honestly would have made up for the entire thing.

I liked that the breakfast or supper was included in the price.

The website was not clear that there was a charge per pet PER DAY. It did not say PER DAY. It was very noisy in the evening and early morning. There was street racing and associated vehicle noise in the parking lot across street

All was very good, the breakfast was awesome as were the staff who were pleasant & laughing & joking with customers. Also staff in lounge was friendly & made us feel welcome

The problem I am pointing out is not just in your hotel but in most that we stay in , your pillows are king size as are your pillow cases,which when you stuff the pillow in they become “ high & hard”. I have pillows in my home which are king ( purchased from a hotel change but I purchased the extra large pillow cases so they are comfortable
