"Convenient and clean"

My dog and I were welcome there and received friendly service throughout our stay. The room and lobby were clean and fridge and microwave were in great condition. The lumpy pillows would be the only thing I’d change.

There's a odor in room which I used lysol spray on everything. Also toilet moving when sat on and black ring around bottom.

"Service was great, cleanliness not so much. "

The room was hastily cleaned and there was a sticky substance on the nightstand and the floor. Behind the door, there was a Qtip on the floor, and a soap wrapper in the bathroom. The room was a pet room, and the floor had not been cleaned from the last pet. I was super worried about whether my sheets were new or left over. The beds were not comfortable and we kept waking up they were so bad. The pillows were fine. Check in was easy, and the clerk was kind and courteous. She made sure to get us a first floor room since stairs are challenging for one in our party. Service was great, cleanliness not so much.

The bed sheets were very icky. I was itching all night. The bathtub has some small little nat looking bugs in it.
