The check-in process was very smooth, which was a pleasant experience given how long we had been on the road. We were greeted by Ted and Mark, who helped us settle in right away! We were also greeted by Ted's 4-legged friend Winston as soon as we entered. Needless to say, he was the true star of the show. The entire property was very well maintained and clean, just like our room! The property offered a great view, and the staff did their best to accommodate our needs, which made our stay more comfortable. We felt very welcomed, and we're very appreciative of the staff for that. You can tell there is so much care in what they do, and that translated in our experience. Great customer service! If we're stopping in Valemount again, this is surely where we'll stay again! :) PS: pets and kisses to Winston from us.

We stayed here for one night, on our way to our final destination. Friendly staff. Room was nice (updated) and clean. Beds were comfortable and large. There was also fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Hot tub was fun for kids. There is a nice patio for BBQ (we had no opportunity to use it, as it was a short stay) and also laundry for you, if you need it.

The fellow at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. His dog Winston was very sweet. Handy parking. Room was nicely updated and a little bigger than the average hotel room.
