"Quite, Clean, Comfortable."

The hotel is located close to the train station. I found it to be warm, cozy, and it has a nice patio looking into the mountains. Great location and near a grocery store. It is quite, clean, and comfortable. A hearty breakfast is served every morning. I love the old fashion key & holder. Will return. Staff is helpful and friendly.

"Good value"

Good value hotel, very friendly staff, right in the centre, 5 min walk to station.Tidy and clean - why pay more. Only went to see the Matterhorn and wasn't disappointed but Zermat is pretty charmless and not cheap.

"Friendly staff and service"

Excellent staff and service! Annaleana (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was extremely helpful and stayed late due to us not getting a train early enough from Zurich. Additionally she provided excellent dinner recommendations and directions to any places we were looking to find in town (ski rentals and lift lines). If/when I return to Zermatt I hope I book early enough that Hotel Elite has a room available to stay there again. The breakfast provided in the morning was also filling and always ready in time for a nice day on the mountain skiing.
