Hotel Elite Zermatt

Very good service with greate personality workers

Great location. Easy walk to train station, bus to ski areas, and main drag in Zermott. Grocery store next door great for picking up extras. Small quiet hotel with very helpful English speaking staff and great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony.

It's near the Mont Cervix, where my friends lived. I'm happy with my stay.

It took some wandering around Zermatt before I found the hotel, but once I arrived everything was in order. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The room was small and simple, but It was just me and my backpack so no need for anything fancy. There was a small balcony but unfortunately no view of the mountain from that angle. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Very pleasant stay, very helpful,family owned so owner wants to make sure to take care of your needs. 5 min walk from train station ( or they do have a small van to pick you up), 15 min to Matterhorn ,they have busses ( trams),large room

There was nobody at the reception when we reached, the room was supposed to bake a sparking bath tub , it did not have a bath tub.

Location is great. Condition of room great. Beds are in excellent condition. Cleanness high standard. Bath room great with all facilities available. Breakfast good. Almost from all points of view, hotel is highly appreciated and I would like to certainly stay there again and for longer duration. I will certainly recommend my friends also to stay in the hotel, if they visit Zarmatt. The only thing which deluded me is to find out the hotel's name. Hotel name should be prominently noticeable from the main road.

Location was ok, about 5 minutes walk from the main train station, also close to a supermarket. The breakfast provided was good enough for a simple meal. The staffs are quite helpful and friendly. Enviroment was quite cosy and the room has good views of the mountains.
