Hotel Elite Zermatt

Very good stay for 2 nights. Quiet room with central location. Staff was helpful with Matterhorn information. Typical small European shower. Partial view of Alps from our room. Lots of good restaurants but very expensive

Close to train station. No hills to walk up. Staff was knowledgeable about Matterhorn options. Typical small European shower and breakfast items. Very nice room with partial view and balcony. Great walkability to many restaurants and shops. No cars in Zermatt but watch out for the hotel taxies.

das Hotel liegt wenige Fußminuten vom Bahnhof in einer Seitengasse mit traumhaften Blick auf das Matterhorn, das Gebäude ist wie sehr viele Häuser in Zermatt alt aber sehr gepfleft

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Buffet am Morgen hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist super,mittendrin und doch ruhig.

Hotel was easy to find and good location. Reception was very nice and helpful. They held bags for us after check out for us to explore some more. Room was adequate..two thumbs up

Elite hotel is situated at a 5-7 mins walk from the Zermatt Train station. It’s a very good pick for a budget stay, our room had a great view. Breakfast served was decent & had options. However the hotel overall is outdated & could do with some renovation.

Stayed for one night in the middle of April with a friend. Overall experience was satisfying. The double room we got was of good size. Breakfast buffet was ok. All the staff we met were kind and helpful. Location was good (about 5-10 minute on foot from train station), so no taxi needed.

Schlecht unterhaltenes hotel. Im gleichen Gebäude gibt es eine Bar, wo bis 4 Uhr morgens betrunkene davor rauchen. Es ist laut. Nicht zu empfehlen.
