Great value for Zermatt

The hotel is quite near the train station but can feel like a bit of a walk of you have heavy luggage. The bathroom is huge, spacious and clean. There was also a nice balcony to with a lovely view of the village. The room was comfortable and adequate. The breakfast was good and the staff was hospitable and helpful. They provided a kettle for us to boil water in the bedroom. If we go back, will stay at least 2 nights as the Zermatt village is really nice to walk around and explore.

Very nice jetted bathtub, view of the Matterhorn, and good breakfast (cold cuts, cheese, breads, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, coffee).

This was our second stay at Hotel Elite, and we will keep going back! The staff is super nice, and we had a wonderful room with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Moreover the breakfast was wonderful. And we loved the location

There are a lot of small hotels in Zermatt! This is an average one but with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are old but clean and large. Ours had a very large bathroom...almost as big as the room. The room was fine but certainly not modern. Reception was especially helpful. She should be paid by the tourist office! Breakfast was included and simple but plenty to eat. We had a huge wrap around balcony. It had a view of the Matterhorn although most of the time it was under cloud. A block off the noisy main street. This was an advantage. Average plus breakfast and friendly staff

Had a 5 night stay in July. Used as a base for day walks. Good breakfast choices. No complaints.

The staff was so friendly! The room was clean and had some wonderful views. Loved the big tub! You can see the Matterhorn just by stepping outside the hotel! Close to the train station, shopping and food! I would stay here again!
