Hotel Elite Zermatt

Nice and warm service, clean room and good location just 3min walk to central main station. One lamp was out of order but still enough lighting to me,

Good location and can have a nice relax simple sauna in hotel. Many restaurant near by and a supermarket just next to hotel. Many good restaurant near the hotel and a country bar just under the hotel building.

The hotel is a little tricky to find as it is partially obstructed by a building in front. The room was small but adequate and the bathroom was also fairly small. The breakfast was really good and I particularly liked the Bircher Muesli. The hotel will send their electric taxi to collect you from the train station but it is only a short walk if you don't have much luggage. There are no cars in Zermatt, just electric vehicles.

Rooms were nice. Located conveniently near the main street. Free shuttle from the train station to the hotel was a godsend, since we had luggage. Elevator was old and scary, can only carry 2 people at a time.

A small hotel but was very satisfactory in all regards for us! Being a Garni it served only breakfast but it was nice filling and tasty spread.. our room had a balcony with the Matterhorn view!.. in fact rooms on the matterhorn side has good views 2nd floor and upwards. The rooms & bathrooms were spacious and well equipped and the staff were really friendly and helpful.. specially the lady in charge of breakfast and Marianne Julen from the reception. It was easy walking distance from the station and bahnhofstrasse and had a Migros store just round the corner. The river was a few meters walking behind the Hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel elite zermat. The bathroom was big and the breakfast was sufficient. We got a little worried that we were going to miss our train because we left our luggage after the checkout but there was no front desk when we were about to get back our luggage. Good thing, there was a number we could call to help us with our luggages
