The Swan Hotel

My experience at The Swan was excellent from start to finish. The room was Great —clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, supportive, and genuinely eager to help. I needed to extend my stay unexpectedly, and they handled it with patience and understanding, making the whole process smooth and stress‑free. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’d happily stay again

Pub atmosphere was OK as was evening meal, with adequate choice at reasonable prices.

Breakfast not available at the Swan but could be booked at an adjacent hotel. Room (#4) could do with TLC & redecoration, also the gel dispenser in the shower was empty.

Dreadfully dirty, full of cobwebs. Toilet and sink stained.outside annex. Bedroom nothing like the photo's on the listing . Highchairs etc obstructed the door into the room. Front entrance door had no handle. Bar area had dirty windows and cobwebs.

Bar staff very friendly and foid good.

Basic but comfortable and clean. Has a restaurant and bar. Staff were all really nice.

No hair dryer in room. No biggie. Jumped along to Tesco and bought a cheap one.

A szálláson többször, sokáig nem volt meleg víz, nem lehetett fürdeni. Az 5 éjszakás tartózkodás alatt nem takarítottak és a szemetet sem vitték ki. A bútor mögött egy rothadó uborka volt. A problémákat jeleztük a személyzetnek és ekkor visszakapcsoltak egy biztosítékot és pár óra múlva lett meleg víz. De takarítani a felszólításra sem takarítottak. Borzasztó, ilyen rossz szálláson még nem voltunk. Kérünk visszatérítést!!!

Location was great for what i was foing in bristolwaa a bitnsuprised that breakfast was in the pub next door but it was overall a nice experience. Food was okay to good too
