World class 4+ star hotel. All the amenities. Staff all spoke intelligible English, were approachable and both friendly and helpful. Close to the heart of Kharkiv and easily walkable. Very pleasant stay and I will be returning.

Hotel is excellent. Only thing which annoys a lot - trying to upsell goodies like overpriced water bottles (~$8/1L bottle) and snack bar stuff placing them all around the bed

The property is well maintained and looks like it is brand new even though it has been open for several years. The Sky Lounge, on the eleventh floor, is a nice place to have a drink or snacks and enjoy the view.

Excellent service, comfort and good price. Breakfast was a stand-out! Light omelettes cooked infront of me was particularly pleasing! Reminded me of Intercontinental, Kiev without the price tag!

The only problem with my booking is Expedia. Once booked there are no changes in dates even when booked 3 months out. I will NEVER use Expedia again.
