The location was good. The room was kept clean at all times but the condition of all items was excellent. The service is good and quick and all people are polite. Recommend this place if you are in Kharkiv.

This was my second visit to the Kharkiv Palace Hotel, and this stay in common with my previous visit was excellent. Friendly and efficient staff, and a Hotel with excellent facilities. I will be staying there for my next visit.

Everything was great about this hotel. Nicely designed room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Pool and the spa area was up to the highest standards. Will definitely come back.

This is one of the best hotels I have been to. I always stay there. The only change I did not like was that buffet breakfast price has risen from 15 to 21 dollar for the last 2 years, but variety of offered food has declined a bit. It still has a great selection though
