The Staff is polite

The hotel is old and dirty. Specially the bathroom is dirty and bad smelly. I am so Sorry it is uncomfortable.

"Location good, but service and food not great."

Location in Kemang is good. O

On two occasions I had to ask for basic room requirements (e.g. soap). Breakfast is variable. Some mornings there was staff available at egg station - other days not. Food not keep warm enough for me. Cockroaches in bathroom. Strong smell in room- may have been insecticide to control the cockroaches.

"Staying at Arion hotel is watching a hotel going backwards."

The location is good, taxis come reasonably fast. The staff are friendly and try hard to be helpful. Having a money changer on the premises is good.

There is no egg station for breakfast. Who buys the fruit? The watermelon is not very good; in a country with millions of bananas, there are none served. Teaspoons are not to be found at breakfast or in the room. Why are teaspoons removed from the room? They have a cup and saucer taking up space, if replaced with a Mug (one piece) it would be much better. The shower water is hardly warm enough to have a shower, it should be much hotter! Indonesian hotels using local managers who are not properly trained like overseas Managers in pre-COVID days are being cheap, and going backwards!! Overall management and supervision is poor! It's not hard to find most of the staff sitting outside ALL on their handphones

"An experience I hope never to repeat."

The Internet is fast and reliable, staff are helpful.

The hotel is incredibly dirty. My room was infested with cockroaches, they were even in the bed. There was no attempt to clean anything.
