Facilities and cleanliness are within expectations.

I was trying to change the check in schedule from 1-3 Oct to 22-24 Oct, but I didn't receive any response at all.

Service provided by the staff particularly various trainees at the restaurant, both in service and product, accommodating demanding guests with a smile and always doing their best.

The fact that there is a club in the basement of the property playing incredibly loud music until 3 / 4 in the morning daily, making impossible to sleep, despite room located at 6th floor!. This is something that should not happen or then better communicated to guests so they can decide whether would want to give it a try or not. In my case, first and last.

Rooms were ok staff friendly

Food and drinks far to expensive and most of the time didn't have what you wanted anyway

近くにライブハウスがあるようで、週末は朝の4時ぐらいまで騒がしかったです。自分はあまり気にしないタイプですが、それでもうるさかったので相当です。ただ他は、良かったのでまた利用したいと思います

Nothing dirty and broken hotel Air con poor. Pool area dirty and broken furniture etc Cooking eggs in Teflon coated fry pan with Teflon all scratched

Breakfast service extremely poor Food quality was mediocre Air con was old and not up to the standard you would expect in 4 star hotel Bed linen was stained Come stains on the comforter Suspect bed bugs as very itchy ons in bed Mattress quality felt like sleeping on a sack of potatoes Very uncomfortable

The facility is too old. The water at bathroom still can not exhaut smoothly

Property is old, no toilet paper, anemity is falling apart, tissue box fall apart, onlt 1/4 filled
