Nothing at all. Awful experience from start to finish. Hotel is falling apart but pretending to be a luxury destination. They also asked me to give them 1000 USD as a deposit even though this is not listed in any shape or form in booking conditions. Mould in the room and not a single bottle of water for free. Stay away.

Mould in a room, everything falling apart, overpriced to the absurdity. Changing for a single bottle of water. I left after staying for 5 hours and recommend everyone stays away.

Absolutely charming property. Good quality build in warm wood tones. Not new and flashy but delightful and very comfortable. Staff were amazing and made us feel truly welcome. Going above and beyond to deliver a great experience. Food was all very tasty, great Thai and Chinese options. We stumbled upon this property accidentally whilst staying at a nearby hotel, and we decided to book in here. Truly incredible find that elevated our whole trip to Sanya. Direct beach access to a swimmable bay. Lovely pool with ocean views. The design transports you to a South East Asian hideaway. Beautiful architecture. We came back truly relaxed.

Amazing resort with direct access to the beach, quiet area, kind and helpful staff, v.good breakfast, different food everyday, Thai restaurant serves nice dishes, reasonable price. We stayed during low season hence many activities weren’t functional but was comfortable 😉. We got free massage for 60 minutes, highly recommend. We had to extend our stay due to flight cancellation and we were offered 10% discount. Loved this place and we wouldn’t chance to stay in other hotels in the future.

-Despite having a private beach, it is accessible by public too, wasn’t a big deal as the sun-beds were locked for the hotel residents. -We had to pay a deposit upon check in which wasn’t mentioned anywhere, again not a big deal as it was refunded same day of check out.

Everything is good but maybe the hotel need a renovation. Probably 4 stars then 5.

I had a generally pleasant experience. The rooms are great, very spacious, and offer nice views with all the necessary amenities. The gardens and pools are a lovely touch, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was good, though not extraordinary, it was adequate for a satisfying start to the day. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its prime beachfront location, offering easy access to a beautiful beach, which was a highlight of my stay.

However, there are areas where the hotel could improve. The pool area needs better maintenance, as it didn't always meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Additionally, the hotel, in general, would benefit from more consistent upkeep. Service was good but could be elevated to match a five-star rating. For instance, the absence of welcome drinks was noticeable—a small touch that is typically standard in 5* hotels and easy to implement. Overall, it's a solid choice for a beachside vacation, but with a few improvements, it could truly stand out. Hard to find something better in the area.
