Very nice area and hotel with beautiful style and decoration. Peaceful atmosphere with serviable and kind staff.

External facilities (swimming pool and beach) suffering of lack of care. Unfortunately no pool bar opened.

The staff was absent from the beach. every day played only one sad melody. The breakfast was ordinary and not change.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The architecture is worthy of mention. The use of wood, concrete and tile is so tastefully done. The breakfast options were great. The staff were nice. The signature massage and body scrub offer was well worth it. To be honest it was everything I needed it to be. Serene and quiet by the ocean with well manicured gardens. I have to give it to them, they did their homework!

Beach was quite dirty with garbage in the water and rocks on the bottom.

The breakfast is amazing! The hotel looks amazing and the pool is surrounded by a lot of palmtrees, birds and flowers. It's pretty and peaceful. Staff is friendly and helpful.

1. The service: the staff is friendly, but I had the feeling that there is a lot of staff but they don't actually do a lot. There's no bar at the pool or service. So you have to go inside and order, much more money could have made here if they did service at the pool or use the we chat QR-code. On the other hand, we tried some cocktails and they tasted like soft drinks. the fresh coconuts or smoothies on the other hand are delicious! 2. The maintenance of the hotel: I could see that the hotel had better days. It's actually a very pretty hotel, but there are some things need fixing. I felt like the photos were from years ago, because the white beds outside aren't there anymore (read: doesn't look good anymore). and the floor around the pool could use some maintenance. Also there weren't any activities in the hotel and the staff speaks barely English but they do try and are helpful. 3. The sun beds at the sea area are always full with local people. That's why the hotel put a chain on the sun beds, but it doesn't help, they sit their any way and it's a bit annoying if you want a peaceful afternoon at the sea. Maybe it's because of Covid, but I do hope someone will make this hotel great again because it has a lot of potential!

The hotel is nice as usual, it's not the first time we come here and we love its Balinese style, rooms are clean, with good size and with amazing balcony/view. Breakfast is also quite good, there are several options and the outside table area is really enjoyable. The swimming pool is great too. The beach is nice and not overcrowded. The hotel location is not too far from the hotel and close to several restaurants.

The problem seems to be there is no maintenance of the beach facilities. There were only few beach umbrellas (they removed some, just leaving the poles), not enough deckchairs and some available were broken. No personnel in the beach area to assist you: unlock the deckchairs (they're chained to the umbrella pole) and keep them available for the hotel guests (other people were always occupying them). The beach is very nice, but the private spots of the hotels aren't well kept. Also, the bed mattresses in the swimming pool area are old and broken. In the room, keeping the shower temperature stable was an issue. In my opinion, this could be a 9/10 score hotel with just a bit more of maintenance and care.
