Hotel Medena Budget

The staff were unfriendly and rude. I tried to get a room upgrade which I was happy to pay for they just said come back tomorrow to see the manager. We decided to check out and they didn’t even ask why but charged £160 for the four hours we stayed there

Great, big renovated rooms with fabulous sea view!

Nice pool and beach facilities but over 100 steps to get down to the pool and back. Quite a few things that needed fixing in the room. Food was not that good. Nice view from room balcony. Then again it was only 3 star and you could argue that it was reasonable value for money. Surprisingly the reception staff seemed unaware of a lot of the local info for example they didn’t seem aware of the fact that you could book up excursions from the beach.

Decent hotel with lovely pool area. Too many steps from pool and beach up to the hotel. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful when we checked in. Most of the staff were pleasant.

Super hôtel Bien situé, mer et activé juste à côté ! Cependant je ne vous conseille pas d’en prendre le buffet de l’hôtel. Il y a un super restaurant en face au bord de la mer ( le medina) je vous le conseille des plat pas cher et très savoureux !!!!!!!

We had a good stay in Trogir at the Medena Hotel. Renewed interiors, good concierge service. Dining was ok, not huge variety. Breakfast was boring after 3rd day so I'd recommend be prepare for eggs an sausage. In terms of lunch I must recommend the bar that's next to the beach for the burgers and salads. Very reasonably priced too for a hotel next to the beach. My only qualm was that the hotel restaurant for dinner closed a little too early each evening.

My wife and I stayed for 10 days. At first we were allocated a poor room - we had booked a sea view and they tried to get us take one without. We stood our ground and they found a much better room with a side on sea view.

Staff doesn’t know what « customer service means », very rude. Food is terrible, old tomatoes and cucumber from the previous last dinner are served at the breakfast. Had to go to the local supermarket to buy my own food. Besides, he hotel itself and the ground is amazing. During my stay I discovered other places where I will go instead of coming back to Medina. Sorry, but for the price paid, you expect to be treated better than the way they treat you!

Above expectations. Will definitely use again when next in Seget. The reception area and restaurant a bit on the 80’s feel but the rest of the hotel is modernised. Food - breakfast and dinner was good for the superior option.

Hyggelig betjening. Personalet på frokosten slet litt med å fylle på kaffe, kopper, glass, mat etc. Ligger litt unna bysentrum, men taxibåtene til Trogir går stort sett hele tiden.
