The staff put us in a room directly below a fully operational worksite with all day works ongoing whilst we had 6 month old baby.

The location! Steps away from everything. Best location and view of the city.

The rooms furnishings could do with an upgrade and was a little dark but the location made up for that.

The location is very handy, it is very close to everything. It is more affordable than a lot of other properties in Queenstown.

Check in desk is only open limited hours, they asked us to call and arrange late check in but we had to call >10 times to get through and speak to someone. There was no one at the desk for check out either but there’s a phone outside that rings through you can use. The rooms are older and dated, everything was a bit cramped in the space.

Old and tired, dusty blinds in the bedroom, shower was at best a dribble and difficult to access with the screen right by the tap. toilet struggled to flush properly. the balcony was dark and dreary and there was NO view. The carparks were terrible squeezing 3 cars underneath was difficult to get in and out of
