St James Apartments

Booked 1 room fur father and 2 bedroom apartment for sister. The only good thing is the location. The rooms were dirty, mould in bathrooms Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Even though confirmed with then about one guest could not do stairs and had to be in ground level. Was assured there was a lift. This lift was broken.

The apartments are located in an excellent position right in the middle of town. Communication for after hours check-in was clear and easy. Room was spotless.

Beds were comfortable. Location was great and balcony smoking appreciated

The bathroom particular the shower/bathtub

Clean, spacious and comfortable and easy access to town. Had everything we needed, nice to have dishwasher and washing machine in the room and room for coats and shoes by the door. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Only thing I didn’t like was the plastic sachets of shampoo and conditioner which felt wasteful (but should have brought my own!)

Location was great.

Booked a room with a sofa bed only to be given a room without a sofa bed. No out of hours reception contact number and no response from my messages since leaving the issue not acknowledged by the staff when given the chance to acknowledge/remediate.
