"Perfect"

Small put perfect hotel. Very friendly staff all over. Nice stylish quite room. Good, if limited breakfast. Restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Great location for metro, shopping and sites. No complaints. Recommended

Hotel is very comfortable. Very close to a metro stop and bus 22. Staff has been extremely helpful, I had a problem with my credit card and could make any collect call from my phone. The nice lady at the front desk dialed for me to call the US, I was on hold for a long time, long store short, score 1 for Demetra and 0 for my Chase card.

"Very impressed!"

From the start, we were impressed. The service staff was very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious and fast! Great place! Highly recommended!

The hotel Demetra Art Hotel is a good hotel, it enjoys a good location, quiet and close to the metro. The staff is professional and welcoming. The breakfast is good , the service too, rooms are clean and pleasant . I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice clean rooms, good service, good restaurant, good breakfast and friendly people. Besides Dematra Art Hotel being an excellent hotel it's also conveniently located, Chernyshevskaya metro station is just around the corner. Would stay here again when visiting St. Petersburg.

Le pesonnel est très serviable et parle anglais. L'hotel situé juste à côté du métro, il est donc très facile de se rendre où l'on veut dans la ville. Le restaurant est bon. La chambre est un peu petite, mais elle a du charme et est très propre.

Все понравилось! Отдельного упоминания заслуживает ресторан,расположенный на 1 этаже! Красивая подача и очень вкусные блюда! Единственно хотелось бы возможность работы флэш накопителей на телевизорах),но данный факт никак не повлиял на общее впечатление!
