Very nice hotel and buffet breakfast. Location is good too.

Great hotel in a pleasant part of town with walking distance to metro station. The room was nicely appointed and had a large balcony (ask for room 704). Great for a weekend trip to St. Petersburg and very reasonably priced! Will stay again.

This is a great choice for St Petersburg. The price is outstanding for the level of comfort, design and service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is satisfactory. Very close to a metro station and only a five minute drive to the Moscow Train station if you’re coming or going from there. Would definitely stay again.

We had a reasonable room on the 6th floor. The door staff and receptionist were helpful and the room adequate with a good bed and excellent bathroom. Mini-bar drinks were reasonably priced. The television did not work at all and was not fixed following our reporting it. Breakfast was just about adequate and not up to the standard expected from a 4* hotel. They need to work on making the bar sitting-out area more attractive but I'm sure there are plans.

Very nice hotel in the heart pf the city

Excellent location. Not sure about general price fluctuations, but I found it to be a good value during the World Cup. It's in a great neighborhood filled with nice bars, cafes, restaurants. The streets are lined with artful, old-world architecture. It's within relatively easy walking distance to the Winter Palace and canals and other nice sights. Very easy walking distance (maybe a block) from a metro station. I never used the Metro. Walked everywhere, except when it was raining or to get to the train station with luggage. In those cases, I went by ride share, which was very affordable. If the price looks too good to be true, book it, because it's a charming, convenient place to stay.

Quarto confortável, ficamos 5 noites e no último dia nas ficamos no quarto das 9 as 17 e ele não foi limpo. Café da manhã excelente, toda equipe do hotel muito cortes e atenciosa. Localização excelente.

O hotel é muito bom. Quarto espaçoso e funcional,banheiro bom, lençóis e toalhas de boa qualidade, tudo muito limpo. O café da manhã é ótimo e servido num ambiente bonito e espaçoso. A localização é tranquila e pareceu segura. Estação de metrô e casa de câmbio bem próximos. Aproveito para recomendar também o restaurante do hotel. Comi um strogonoff maravilhoso.

Very bad reception service. One of the worst i have seen. Good area, weak facility, bad rooms.
