"Very pleasant"

Really nice stay with very good hosts. Liked the theme of the guest house and decor and a refreshing change from standard chain hotels and places to stay.

"A really good stay."

The breakfast was lovely served on fine china added an extra bonus. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. The hosts were really kind and hospitable.

"Great stay in Eastbourne"

Very friendly welcome. All the rooms have names and "Leopold"was lovely. Very clean and well appointed with complimentary tea, coffee mini fridge 0etc. Breakfast was delicious too. Be aware that this is a Victorian townhouse so there were four flights of stairs to our room.

"Very good host, tasty breakfast. Clean and warm in room"

Close to promenade but a little distance from town centre. Breakfast was freshly prepared and satisfying. Dining area was large enough for guests to not feel overcrowded. Would be enjoyable during summer. Host was very welcoming and helpful.

Room was very small with bed against the wall. Felt it was a little pricey as there was no communal area to sit and relax given bedroom was so small
