I like the old homely feel that the decor gives to give an authentic feeling to the stay . The hosts are very helpful and serve the best breakfast. Highly recommended

"Pleasant stay at a well-located Guest House."

Very friendly (one assumes) family-run guest house. Allowed me to arrive early to check in and drop off luggage before heading back out again round family. When I arrived, through force of habit, selected full English for both myself and my wife for Sun breakfast, forgetting we had a carvery lunch on sun planned. This morning, upon entering the dining room and highlighting my error, they were happy to cancel this order and instead replace it with toast (for myself) and porridge) for my wife without issue.

The breakfast was lovely. So fresh. Amazing hospitality and super kind host. Great cozy room and comfortable bed.

Minor thngs. Would be great if there were carpet slippers. Also the radiator was off (but we found a small portable one in the room!)

"Amazing stay in a boutique guest house very close to Eastbourne seafront"

We really enjoyed our stay in this boutique guest house. Cleanliness, comfort, very nice facilities and location where among the things that we appreciated. But what really enhanced our stay was the kind and friendly attitude of our hosts, Titos and Kendy. By the way, the breakfast we had was just amazing! Thank you so much!
