The guest house was spotless, with warm and welcoming owners who went above and beyond to help. Breakfast was superb – a full English with the option of scrambled eggs and salmon, which was a real treat! The décor transported me right back to the Victorian era, adding so much charm to the stay. The location is excellent, with plenty to explore nearby. Parking can be a little tricky, but you can always call ahead and the owners will happily help you arrange it.

We stayed at the Deluxe Double for three nights. - Convenient location close to the ocean, dining, and buses - Modestly sized but clean, elegant room that matched the pictures - Kind and accommodating owners - Great breakfast with a number of options to choose - Free bottled water - Only minor knock is that some of the amenities are a bit old-fashioned (separate faucets for cold and hot water in the bathroom sink; toilet has a somewhat loud noise when flushing). That said, the shower set-up was excellent and the chandelier in the bedroom was charming.

Great location near the seafront and the bus stops. Lovely people that run it very helpful and friendly and kind. The rooms are amazing very lovely decor and furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. Nice king size. Large TV in room. Lots of drawers to put your things in and wardrobe. Had a fridge. Great choice of coffee and tea and bottles of water. Even a coffee machine with pods. Lovely comfy armchairs and table. Great hairdryer. Nice toiletries and towels and shower and was large.

Nothing not to like.

"Över vår förväntan!"

Personligt, hjärtligt bemötande. Vi kände oss verkligen välkomna. Smakfullt inrett rum i 1800-tals stil. Hela boendet gick i samma stil och var fräscht och inbjudande. Frukosten var en njutning med vackert dukade bord, även det i tidsenlig stil. Olika frukostmenyer att välja bland. Toppen! Ca 3 minuters promenad till strandpromenaden och ca 20 minuter till Järnvägsstationen och centrum. Det som överraskade oss var att hela staden var ren och fin. Inget skräp eller klotter. Rekommenderar både Eastbourne och boendet samt turen med hop on hop off bussen.

Finns inget att anmärka på !
