"Μια καλή επιλογή για έξω από το Μπόροβετς"

Ευρύχωρα δωμάτια που χωρούν μια οικογένεια 4 ατόμων καθαρά και ζεστά με καλή ηχομόνωση. Επίσης καλό πρωινό και ζεστές πισίνες στους 32-33 βαθμούς!

Μεγάλο λάθος είναι ότι πρέπει να βγεις από το ένα κτήριο στο άλλο για να πας στην πισίνα ή στο εστιατόριο, το χειμώνα ξεπαγιάζεις. Επίσης η πισίνα για τα παιδιά είναι αλλού από τα σπα που είναι μόνο για ενήλικες και δεν μπορείς να τα αφήσεις μόνα τους οπότε αναγκαστικά πας εκεί μαζί τους.

"It was a very good decision to celebrate the NYE at Euphoria Club Hotel."

The staff was friendly and approachable. The rooms are spacious and well heated. The New Year celebration at the restaurant was very well organised. The programme was varied and met the expectations. It was evident that the management had looked into the details when organising the event.

Η συμπεριφορα και εξυπηρέτηση των Ελλήνων που δουλεύουν στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετική !

Κατά την έκδοση τιμολογιου στην αποχωρηση η συμπεριφορά μια απο τις κυριες στην ρεσεψιον ( Βουλγάρα) είχε αποτομη και ειρωνικη συμπεριφορά.
