Great hotel, excellent location if you coming with car.

The sofa which was supposed to be used as a bed for kids in the living room was very uncomfortable and noisy.Think about uncomfortable,it was even worse.

Only negative comment is that the building of the restaurant and the pool is separate and there is not a tunnel or other way to access it. So when you are wet from the pool it is inconvenient.

The location is great and with the shuttle service it's very easy to reach the slopes

The sofa bed mattress uncomfortable

Nice hotel, Clean and spacious. Staff very helpful and pleasant. My husband ended up on crutches. Staff cleared the icy paths and the twice we reported the lift not working, it was repaired very quickly. Reception and housekeeping staff very helpful. Restaurant staff looked after my GF needs exceptionally well, thank you. Need to warm dinner plates! Most buffet food was only just warm and plates were always cold. Out of the 3 buffets we had, one was very good. The one a-la-cart dinner we had was a disaster but they did reduce the cost. Regular, reliable mini bus but, with children I think it would be easier to stay in resort. Spa and swimming pool very good. New cues badly needed for the one pool table. Good children's room. Evening barman is excellent - wonderful cocktails!
