Very good room, clean, good breakfast, polite staff

When I reserved via booking.com, there was info that spa facilities were included in the room price, but onsite they were not. They ask for an additional charge to use spa facilities (small pool, sauna, steam bath), explaining that the use of the new pool is included in the price.

Beautiful location in the middle of the forest. Complex is large. Most of the staff didn't spoke Bulgarian, but still tried hard to please. Internal garage. Large swimming pool. Some games in the lobby. Free shuttle to the ski pistes, which are not nearby. Staff was very patient with our kids playing and mixing the table numbers. Sorry for that!

Oh, boy, where to start... The room was not what the booking stated. In booking it is "Superior Suite - Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Living room". What we got was one large room combining a big living room (plus kitchen top and double bed tucked behind a wardrobe) and a stairtop bedroom with 2 single beds. The reception lady gaslighted us for 20 minutes that it is exactly what we ordered. So apparently a double bed hidden behind a wardrobe is a "master bedroom" for Euphoria Hotel. Also - there were NO DOORs between all the "rooms". Which means no light or sound isolation between all "bedrooms"/beds. At the end we did not got a good sleep, we had to find another room and the property charged us 400BGN extra for this. There is no "warm corridor" between the rooms and the hotel amenities. Swimming pool, SPA, restaurant, lobby bar - they are all outside in different buildings. Don't get fooled with the promise of "warm connection" between buildings - they mean the common underground garage which was warm exactly 4 degrees above freezing. Lifts were constantly breaking. My sister got stuck in one and had to call security to free her. Toilets/showers in the swimming pool+restaurant building did not had hot water nor soap. Soap bottles were either missing or heavily diluted with water. Shower in room was either mouldy or rusty. You can see signs of wear and tear all around the B-block. Broken tiles, cracks and holes in the plaster... The place doesn't look very well taken care of. Restaurant is definitely NOT 4-star. You can see the same chicken stripes and vegetable side put in different meals. Waitresses are not writing down orders and we got multiple orders mixed or forgotten.

Good modern hotel with variety of room options. Great staff who did everything they could to accommodate our needs.

Spa facilities need maintenance and improved management. Breakfast dishes need better warming.

Very good and new hotel away from the buzz of the main streets. Have been returning to this hotel for many years. Welcome change and improvement in breakfast options.

Spa needs better facilities and management. Breakfast hot dishes were mainly lukewarm at best.
