Very nice Staff at the front office, awesome rooms, cosy bed, good amenities, awesome bar

Paying extra for the spa didn't make sense, we paid for what, somebody to hand us towels? There was no water within the spa had to get out at spa reception for it, no soap at the spa showers and the men's hair drier hose was leaking rendering it useless. The hotel cleaning staff did not speak English, we tried to ask them to come in half an hour after we left to change our towels and stuff but never did

A wonderful hotel among European spruce trees!. I loved it there very much.

I prefer Turkish foods. Why do they hesitate to add spices to the food and fry the meat? A chicken sliced into smaller pieces will fry better and have a better flavor.

The location is unique. Away from the crowed ski center inside the forest. The hotel service is great and the facilities excellent. The perfect destination for relaxation, wellness and “recharging the body batteries”. Don’t miss the chance to visit Euphoria Club Hotel in Borovets.

Amazing views and location in the forest. The bed and the room were super comfortable. The reception staff are amazing :)

For 230euros per night I would expect the SPA to be included in this price. I've written a Google review and the hotel stated, it's clearly written - guys, no one is expecting such a charge, that's not common practice. Just include it in the room fee, so people won't feel bitter. Not to mention the SPA is not worth it, it was not the cleanest. The staff at the restaurant are wearing casual clothes and you aren't sure who's working there or not.

The spa is not included in the price and is paid extra. Тhe restaurant does not correspond to a 4 star hotel.
