Very underwhelming experience with limited Spa facilities, far away (30 min walk, 5 min drive for 20lv) from Borovetz main attractions and very disappointing food options. The barman was very friendly and presented some nice drinks

Euphoria Hotel Review: A Disappointing Experience Our stay at Euphoria Hotel was far from what we had hoped. To start, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the pillows were so flat they resembled A4 books. Restful sleep was nearly impossible. The room came equipped with a working stove, but there were no pots, pans, or knives provided, making it entirely useless. Basic kitchen essentials should be a given in such accommodations. The pool experience was even worse. We were told to swim without towels, which resulted in our child slipping on the bathroom stairs due to wet feet—a preventable accident had proper amenities been provided. Breakfast was another frustrating ordeal. After leaving my plate briefly to get coffee, the waitress kept taking away my full plate of food without explanation on multiple days. It felt unorganized and inattentive. The kids' playroom was shockingly unsuitable. Small children were allowed to play or watch Grand Theft Auto with minimal supervision. This is wildly inappropriate for a family-friendly environment. The final day left a bitter taste. We had to leave at 2 a.m., and the icy, unsalted path was treacherous. I slipped and hurt my hip, and our child fell and hit her chin. Attempting to use the safer reception route proved impossible as the doors were locked, leaving us to struggle dangerously in the ice. Overall, our experience at Euphoria Hotel was marked by poor facilities, unsafe conditions, and a lack of attention to detail. I cannot recommend it to families or anyone looking for a safe, comfortable stay.

The place is very nice and very well kept. Staff are really nice.

Very helping staff that guided us. Very good shuttle bus for the skiing. Very nice breakfast and food with good prices. Spacious room for 5 people. Very modern facilities and amazing location in the woods.

The room was big and clean. It was very warm. The bathroom was big and had everything we needed. The parking was really good, you have underground parking, which is perfect. Also you have hot connection between the parking and the room with the elevator. The staff were really friendly and helping with everything you need. There is a bus shuttle to the ski lifts, which was on time. They even made additional route, just because the ski lifts stopped working (weather conditions) and we needed to get back early in the hotel. That was nice.

I was surprised that the SPA was not included in the price we've paid. We needed to pay extra 25 leva per day, for single person. Which is fine, but usually when you visit this kind of hotel, you would expect to have it included in the price. Because when you go to Ski and come back at 16/17, you would want to relax in the SPA, but then you need to pay the full day price of 25 leva, which is kind of a turn off. In the price was included only the big swimming pool, which when you are tired from ski or snowboarding, you don't want to use anyways. For me this should be changed or at least when you make the booking, to be written with big letters, just so you can have it in consideration. Also for me the 25 leva for the SPA are totally not worth it. It only has 1 sauna, 1 Turkish bath and a small swimming pool. The sauna was not hot enough. If you seat in front of the pool, it gets too cold. There is no hot water in the SPA for the showers. In the rooms there was hot water. Also you need to carry a bag, just to get changed for spa. Also it is good to notify before booking, that this hotel is not a single building. It is from multiple buildings and sometimes you have to go outside just to reach the restaurant for example. Also for the Sauna, you need to go from outside or from the parking. Which was not very pleasent.

Our 6th visit to the hotel and still a favourite place of ours to stay whilst skiing in Borovets. Rooms have to be the best of any hotel we have seen spacious for a family and well maintained. Hotel bar pool and spa are excellent the only down side is the 10min taxi/ bus needed to the resort which is even bumpier now the roads are deteriorating.

Good choice of one and two bedroom options.

Breakfast options were really limited and of poor quality.
