Not very clean, sometimes the day cleaning was superficial, but i think depending on the personel on day cleaning,

The hotel is located in an amazing spot, surrounded by trees . The facilities are kept in an excellent form and it’s an ideal choice for relaxation after skiing all day . The breakfast buffet has various choices for everyone to taste and the dinner we’ve enjoyed was yummy! The most important in my opinion was the kindness and the willingness to help from the staff. Special mention to Anthimos and Stamatia , so kind and thoughtful 🫶 but don’t forget also Dimitris , they all helped us so much with a car issue we faced . Last , but not least Yulie at the reception desk. To resume, it’s an ideal accommodation choice when visiting Borovets.

Not enough shuttle buses to the slopes. Average breakfast. No daily clean of the room. No fresh towels. Heating in the rooms are far too hot!!!

We have visited this hotel many times in the past. We like the size of the rooms and the decoration. The spa till last year was free (included in the price) but now you have to pay extra which is not pleasant for the customer. Not that the cost is high but not nice.

No ski bus transport for night skiing. Extra cost for spa for adults.

The spa cost extra, and the pool was not that warm. The air in the room was too dry due to the heating system, and it was not comfortable to sleep during the night.

Would not hesitate to book this hotel again, from the moment we arrived we had an excellent experience. The family suite is huge! Bright, airy, modern and clean room with plenty of storage and so warm we had to turn some radiators down. The hotel overall is very clean and welcoming and all the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and different each day. The evening meals were very nice, one night was a buffet and I ate much more than I should have! The pool is clean, quite new and open long hours. We really appreciated the hospitality from the staff and a shame we didn’t get the chance to try the spa. The bus is free but it’s easy to get a taxi into Borovets for 20 lev if the timings don’t suit you. Top tips would be to book directly with the hotel for a cheaper rate. They also offer an evening meal supplement so you can go half board. For tea drinkers like me take some tea bags!
