"Lovely property in the heart of Newport. Had everything to make a stay enjoyable."

Very clean, nice little added touches.

Pillows, would have been good to have one hard and one soft. Only my preference, and doesn’t detract what a lovely place it is.

"Ok but I'd rather choose Travelodge for double glazed window and gur"

Location, room deco and size of the bathroom. The hotel kindly changed a double bed to twin upon request.

The wall between my room3 and next door is so thin that I heard next door speaking quite loud at night and I had to go and ask them keep voice down..also I could hear traffic and people walking by easily..didnt have a good sleep. But my other family members sleep in the back of the building and they said it was quiet and nice. Breakfast was quite disappointing with limited selection of pastry and fruits.

Beautiful clean room. Delicious and generous breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service. Lovely hot water, bath and shower. Comfortable beds. Beautiful generous room. Modern fresh decor. Gorgeous selection of teas and coffees and biscuits in the room.
