Very clean, nice rooms, friendly staff, and lovely restaurant. Well located for Newport town and exploring the IOW.

For a hotel with an excellent restaurant the breakfast is way below standard. A few croissants which ran out and were then microwaved. No hot breakfast option. Breakfast just feels like a second thought rather than well done. A continental breakfast can be very nice with some good fresh fruit and NFC juice but this was basically one of the worst.

simple continental breakfast but good. Accommodation was excellent and staff were (Dean) incredibly helpful and welcoming.
