On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady called Ellie.. who help us up to our room with our luggage.. the room itself was beautiful.. large & airie.. ideal for me as I walk with a stick.. the bathroom was lovely & clean & kitted out with everything you would need for an over night stay.. both myself & my daughter slept very well ready for our early start the following morning.. breakfast was continental.. lots of choice fresh fruit, yogurts,cereal, pastries & toast & a lovely selection of jams/marmalade & honey.. all the staff were friendly & nothing was too much trouble.. we honestly thought that the parking would be a problem but it was straight forward.. for the 2x days it cost £20 for a permit & we could park anywhere not just the car park across from the hotel.. in all we had a very enjoyable stay & we would definitely recommend & stay again.. many thanks to Dean & his lovely team..🌻

The steps leading up to our bedroom were little steep for me.. but I just took my time & the excellent bannister & rails were a great help..

Very easy to find and central to Newport but a quiet location. Has a very nice restaurant. Staff were really helpful.

There’s a lot of stairs so not for those less able.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything we needed in the room including a very well stocked tea tray which is very welcome after travelling.
