Clean, comfortable and friendly owner who greeted us on arrival. We had everything we needed for a short 1 night stay. The room was clean, tidy, kettle with coffee, tea and the essentials. Location was a quick 20 min walk to town and not far from the seafront so really well placed if visiting the area.

Staff were excellent. Property was lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious

Family suite was very small. Hardly any room to move around and seating was on the beds as room was cramped and difficult to move around in. A coffee machine was stated as a facility in the room but was not present at all during our stay. We brought our own coffee pods but machine was non existent. There was a cafetiere in breakfast room

Great location, nice room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast and friendly owners Fridge in my room was bonus

Great location.good communication from hotel.

Almost too sterile too many rules was scared to wash face as sign in bathroom about not getting make up on towels. The bed was uncomfortable.
