The George Inn

Good looking rooms and bathrooms, classic lovely pub with great menu. We just stayed for one night during a road trip but we will definitely look for reasons to go this way again, it’s easier to plan trips with family when you know you’ll have such pleasant stays on the way!

Good location in the middle of the town. Friendly efficient staff. Excellent food and drink and a well equipped very comfortable room. Bath and a good powerful shower with bags of hot water.

All staff were polite and friendly,room was a good size,bed was very comfy,crisp white linen,tea, coffee and water ,fresh milk in mini fridge, great shower room.Breakfast was superb,well cooked and hot
