"Lovely stay"

Everything,the staff were brilliant the room large,clean and comfortable.

Just the hall light coming in around the door particularly.maybe fit some draught excluder and a strip at the bottom.

Town centre location with a small free car park. Room was spacious and very clean. Fresh milk in the fridge was a welcome touch. Breakfast was very good, with proper sausages. The staff we spoke with were very nice.

Not the best spot for a quiet night, with takeaways right outside the single-pane windows. Noise from neighbours/next room until nearly 2am Sunday night. Several food and drink unavailability issues arose during our stay and management never even attempted to speak with us and left it to the new/young staff to try to deal with. Final straw was finding a previous guest's underwear in one of the bedroom drawers.

My room looked onto a busy road which was very noisy from 5am.
