Terrible soundproofing. The street noise all night was unbearable, making it feel like sleeping outdoors. The windows are drafty and completely unsealed. I couldn't work the next day due to lack of sleep. Very disappointing.

Great location, great polite bar staff. 3rd time being and we will be back , breakfast is fantastic high quality.

I understand dog rooms are treated, a little different but it could do with a deep clean. But wouldn't stop us staying. As the rest is great.

Easy to find and easy parking, a busy pub with a great atmosphere, helpful staff and good food

The room only had one very small window, it was hot weather so was rather uncomfortable during the night, the fan was not a lot of use, ventilation really needs improving.

Room was cold. Had to wear my jumper in bed on first night. Asked staff the next day to turn on heating but didn’t heat the room as radiator only got warm at bottom as only lasted about 30 mins. Clearly needed bleeding/attention. Shower not hot and tray needed cleaning as water slow to go down plug hole and had to turn off water half way through shower to wait for water to drain otherwise would have flooded over.
