Loved EVERYTHING about this property, our room and Zoe at the front desk who was very warm and helpful. Would stay here again!

Beautiful property, with spacious and well appointed rooms. Some rooms have Matterhorn view. Located right on the Main Street, five minutes walk from the train station, and 15 minutes walk to the cable car station. Great restaurant with Peruvian Asian fusion dishes that were very delicious. Impeccable service at dinner time, but needs more employees during breakfast because it tends to get very crowded. Maybe a self service coffee machine would be a nice addition during breakfast buffet. Great experience overall!

This hotel is exceptionally, we loved every moment of our stay, staff were amazing and helpful, we recommend eating at the restaurant as the food was delicious. Our gorgeous room was cosy luxury with views of the Matterhorn also a balcony to soak up the afternoon sun while looking down to the Main Street. Sad to leave.

Highly recommend this hotel for welcoming staff and spacious luxurious ultra confortable accommodations. Located near train station made it very convenient and easy to get to. Loved this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Schweizerhof in Zermatt. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the train station and lifts. The rooms are stylish, clean, and very comfortable, and I loved the cozy Alpine design throughout the hotel. The SPA and restaurants were excellent, and the staff were warm and attentive. Overall it was a fantastic experience. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, great service on the outset. Check out experiences was bad. We had late checkout, the hotel staff went into our room, moved our bags, we had our restroom items, some clothes on the beds and telephone connectors, and they took everything and put it back n a back pack. The hotel staff did not respect our scheduled late checkout, and it was an invasion of privacy. What was a great experience was turned into a not good experience.

This hotel was magical and top notch service. I am gluten and dairy free and the morning breakfast had so many options!! I was so grateful. The staff we superb and attentive and professional. The spa is amazing and our massage was also perfect. Easy access to the train station and all lifts to the top. What a spectacular place to visit, hike and enjoy. The staff also noted our anniversary with special attention and suggestions. I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely the best hotel! The location and views of the Matterhorn were spectacular. The room was beautiful, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had incredible homemade pastries, granolas, and more. We would not stay anywhere else now that we have experienced the Schweizerhof Zermatt!!

Excellent teception. Ultra friendly and helpful personnel. Rooms clean and modern. Beds very comfortable. Dinner excellent. Serviced by Dominick (sp?). Excellent atmosphere, warm and inviting sitting in bar area. 5 minutes from train station which was a huge plus. Breakfast area, food and appointments perfect. Wonderful, efficient staff. Highly recommended.

We accommodated in mountain view room. Its cleanness and quietness was a perfect mode like Mt,Matterhorn.
