Stuart and Angela are the best hosts making us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good place ,friendly host as expected in B&B guest house. Enjoyed our stay close to Sandown pier. Definitely stay here again if I visit iow in future.

First time in isle of wight over all a nice place and good for families

A lovely stay at the Fernside. Our room was clean and spacious. The shower was good. Clean towels. Everything you hope for in a good B&B. Stuary our host was on hand to serve a good breakfast every morning and the place was on a quiet road close to the center of town and seafront. We would definitely return.

I took my two daughters for a few days break in Aug and we stayed at The Fernside for 3 nights. The owners couldn’t have been more polite and kind. The hotel itself is clean and we had the family room which was really generous in size. Such a wide choice of breakfast which was great and my kids always enjoyed theirs. Owner gave me a portable fridge for my youngest girls milk which was very handy to have. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and high street so we were never far from anything. We will definitely be back to stay. My kids loved it there and especially loved the two dogs. They didn’t want to leave and have asked several times when we are going back!

Quiet, comfortable, friendly, food delicious, ideal location, just the job

Lovely room, very clean and modern. Breakfast was fantastic, great location. Loved meeting Winston and Mable the owners dogs. Will definately return.

The sevice from Stuart was personal and homely. Only minor complaint is that the bathroom was rather small.
