loved the property and the modern feel and outdoor space was great! Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Only negative was the the amenities in the room were not convenient or well thought out. Example: wall plugs not near the bed, older chargers were in the clock so could not use with updated phones. No towel racks in the bathroom or sink areas, lights were very dim in rooms. Bathroom door although was creative and cool was a pain to open and close.

Clean cool decor. Friendly young staff. Starbucks in the lobby. Beautiful patio. Cool bar and fireplace.

Marriot brand hotels never disappoint. The Aloft is in an excellent location and the services offered are on point. Great place to stay and enjoy Ashevilles food, art and music scenes.

We loved it so much - while we didn't have our dog with us, we love that the hotel is dog-friendly and does fostering - what a brilliant idea! The hotel is clean, modern, smells great, and the staff is amazing. Just - amazing. I'm allergic to down pillows - some of the pillows in our room were down-alternative, but some...weren't. I only checked one (my bad). After a really rough night, when we asked for down-alternative pillows, they brought us a mountain of them. Love this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Just delightful.

This is a great location! Walking distance to everything downtown. We stayed in the suite this time. It was spacious and had plenty of room for 4 to 6 people. It was 3 of us but if you have kids with you this is the room to pick.

The only thing Id say we didnt like was the room needed more toilet paper, the door on the bathroom needed fixing. All could of been caught during cleanup before we checked in.

This hotel is the perfect home away from home. We stayed for 4 nights before finishing our Asheville stay at Biltmore Inn. It’s very clean, comfortable, quiet ( not something we can say about a Biltmore Inn) breakfast delivered to the room was scrumptious, and perfectly located to walk all around downtown, catch the parkway, or visit Biltmore estate. Book, don’t even bother looking any further. If you are not pleased you’re impossible to please!
