Beautiful, trendy facility.

Having to get a luggage cart from first floor to go to garage/car, then to room, then return cart back to first floor. And reverse on check out. Terrible for older people. Only one electrical outlet under desk between beds for chargers and other devices. Terrible, but worse for older customers.

First, staff were phenomenal! They did everything they could to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect & the hotel was very clean. Highly recommend!

The location downtown is perfect! They have a cute wine bar located in the rear of the building. Easy to walk to most places. A few times took the car to farther areas like Biltmore Village, West Asheville and wineries outside of town.The parking garage is very convenient to get in and out of.
