Clean comfortable close to the airport friendly hosts all great !

Found this a very relaxing place to stay. Although I was only there 1 night it was lovely. Beds were so comfy, clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Lady of the house( sorry forgot name) was very welcoming. Would recommend anyone to stay there. P.S beautiful lake view.

Such a beautiful place to stay. The place is absolutely stunning on the inside and out. You have beautiful surround views to take in. Thank you Paudie for being an amazing host. You were helpful in knowing the area and knowing things to do as well as where to hanging out.

Peaceful area 30 minutes outside of Belfast. You can drive to a park and ride to get into town. Host couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Delicious breakfast.

A very welcoming host who provided many extra comforts.A delicious breakfast with homemade loaves of bread. It was enjoyable to share the breakfast table with other guests. We were given tea and cake in the evening on our return from our day out which was very welcome.

To be close to the BFS airport, this B&B is ideal, being only 10 minute drive away. It is, however, 35 minute drive away from Belfast city center. It is closer to Antrim, actually. We stayed here for just one night in one of the upper floor rooms before our return flight. The private bathroom on the upper floor is spacious and clean. Our window overlooks Lough Neagh with a beautiful view of sunset. We had to leave early, and Elizabeth kindly provided us with energy bars since we did not have time for breakfast. It The evening was peaceful and perfect for a good night rest we needed after touring for one week.

I booked this place because it was near the airport, and provided a 'shuttle service' to and from the airport. Elizabeth was, on the whole, a very nice host, who kindly agreed to pick me up and check me in earlier than the stated time. However, that night she advised me that she could not take me back to the airport because her daughter was ill and could not be left for any length of time. I was very annoyed by this, especially when I met her daughter shortly before leaving and, while she was in a dressing gown, she didn't appear to have any life-threatening condition. Elizabeth handed me a list of taxi firms for me to arrange myself, and at cost to myself. I ended up having to pay almost £16 for a ten minute journey because the taxi had to come 6 miles to pick me up. The problem was exacerbated by the fact that I had to cash on my at the time, which made a difficult situation more stressful, as I had no idea if the driver would accept card payment. Fortunately for me, he did, because if he hadn't I would have had to enter the airport terminal to access the only ATM in the area. I don't think a host should offer a service and not deliver it. One of the main reasons I booked this establishment was this service. She did offer to take me at 9 am but this was one and a half hours before check out time and 5 and a half hours before my flight back home after a flight from the US. Lovely room, nice breakfast, but an experience let down by the thoughtlessness of the host.

Elizabeth was very helpful at all times. She offered lots of information on the area. The beds were really comfortable. Full hot breakfast was great. Thanks for a lovely stay.
