I got charged from both booking .com and the hotel for my stay

Good location. Easy to find. Easy to book in. The manager allowed me to store my bike in my room, where I could be sure it was safe.

The bed was a bit cronky. There was a strong smell of cooking, possibly from the restaurant across the road.

The hotel is in very poor condition and in need to updating. Broken wardrobe door, chipped paintwork. Flooring very old. Actually shocked considering the price we paid for the room.

Nothing , very dirty blood on walls lots tumbleweed in bathroom. A good scrub all round wouldnt go a missas

Ok, so.. It was a hideous hotel, the rooms actually shocked me they were so shabby. Yeah, its a BIT cheaper, but 20 quid would justify the state of the place not 75. Filthy carpet, a layer of grime everywhere, mould and grime in the bathroom, thin cheap mattress, crap pillow, hall carpet threadbare, 70’s chip wallpaper. It was like a bad joke. No, no, no no no. Listen, the staff were friendly enough and the attached restaurant was ok… but holy crap this was bad. Depressing, run down, good god. 🤯
