Location was appealing, but never again.

This needs closed down. Promised a full refund. As of today the refund has not been received as agreed by the person I spoke to and showed my videos and photos.  Even they were embarrassed. I referenced paying the same price and cheaper for large hotel chains like premier inn and travel lodge. It was close to £100 for the below considering I had to drive to the Asda 15mins away to get things not given and clean the room. These are additional expenses.  My concerns fall into three categories: Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Customer Service. I have video evidence documenting each issue which I have shown.  HEALTH & SAFETY - Live band noise until 3am with no prior warning at booking. Directly underneath. - Earplugs promised but never provided. They even have a sign in the room stating the need for ear plugs. You have to have booked and in the room though! - Curtain too narrow for the window, preventing privacy and adequate rest. - Large mirror left propped against a rusted sink. - Light above the bed not fixed securely and not working. - TV trunking hanging off the wall. All of this was live cables. HYGIENE - Bedding had clearly been slept in before my arrival. - Pillow cover and sheet were not clean. - Heavy dust on the TV, cupboard, pictures, and surfaces, which triggered my asthma. - Gunge present in the sink. - Rust visible on the tap, plug, and surrounding metalwork. CUSTOMER SERVICE - No duvet provided. - No kettle available despite being told one would be supplied. - As a result, I could not make breakfast before leaving, and your breakfast service was not open at the time I needed to depart. - Staff repeatedly assured me that a refund would be issued today, but this has not happened. Shame I can’t upload the videos for you all!

It was very good. Staff is cery nice. Night portwe is cery friendly and supportive.

It's a very well presented hotel, food in raffles restaurant is delicious especially the steak pie, I got a steak sandwich what delicious, one plus point is the night porter LAM what a beautiful young man he is nothing was to much for him, he is a huge asset to lomond park hotel,we stayed in rooms 3,10/10 with thanks John traynor

Location is perfect. The bed was comfortable and Spacious room

The bathroom (shower in particular) was not clean which does make me question the overall cleanliness. There was no remote for the tv in the room (although this was quickly resolved by night staff) Manager not very professional/friendly. We had a drink in the adjoining bar (expensive) and was sitting eating a meal at bar and not helpful when looking for a seat.

If I hadn't arrived so late I would not have stayed. Room was dated and filthy, Wallpaper hanging off the ceiling and walls, Thick dust on the shelves, No en suite, TV on the wall but no socket to plug it into. I didn't want to get into the bed so had a couple of hours nap on top of the sheets wearing my work clothes. Left at 4am as I couldn't stay in the room any longer.

Good location

They have a bar right underneath the room, very loud music till 1am made it impossible to sit down or go to bed.

The man behind the bar during the day was fantastic and very much only good interaction of the stay .

It didn’t look anything at all like what is advertised the price is absolutely ridiculous for a dirty room and filthy shared shower I couldn’t actually believe what I checked into if I wasn’t running late for a wedding I’d have left ..
