Broken oven. Dirty hallway. Mop and hoover left out. Broken kitchen cupboard. Inadequate cutlery, glasses, kitchen ware and cooking utensils. No mats. No blinds in all but one room.Smelly towels in washer. Dirty shower.

"Quite run down beds not comfortable"
