It was decent and clean.

The liaison person did not respond to my request for assistance. There was no iron in the facility and as I did not know the area, I asked her where is the best place for me to purchase an iron as I needed to iron clothes which were to be worn for my son’s graduation. She did not respond at all.

Overall the apartment was really nice and quite above expectations. There were a few things but not much of a problem we couldn't cope with. I'd recommend it to all.

Extractor fans in the bathrooms weren't working which was a bit troubling when going after someone left first using the toilets. Most of the windows don't have safety wires.

Very clean, very comfy

It's just a bit hard to find someone to talk to. Also the toilet used to bend towards the left side. But overall it was a great place to stay.

Close to local venue, very spacious, parking

It could do with a dust and clean, the toilet was loose and the shower could do with maintaining, a little tlc would go a long way, opening doors when cleaning is not hard

Small sewage type smell when ensuite isn't used

It was big enough and comfortable . My children and their cousins loved it a lot as they had enough space to run up and down. Easy to be accessed, good method of self check in , bedding & towels were clean . However it needs a little bit of cleaning up , thre spider webs over the lights and l think the guest before us was a smoker as we found a lot of used cigarette sticks in around the house.the kettle wasn’t working. But all in all it’s a good apartment l would 100% recommend it to someone. Thank you

Kettle was not working, spider webs over the lamp shades ( over the bedroom lights) . The blinds allow much lights through in the morning which may make you loose your sleeping.

the amount off room was great for us to get ready for my wedding
