i felt like sleeping in airport on chair.That was terrible.

This is a basic hotel with all the essentials - good shower/toilet - good airconditioner and reasonable bed. Room is small but adequate for our overnight stay. Location is excellent in the heart of the city.

Great value for money - very good location, clean with air-conditioning. We had a tour pick-up at 730 am so the fact that breakfast was only from 8am onwards was a bit disappointing - they could have accomodated us better by offering to provide breakfast at 715 at least. Otherwise, staff were very friendly and helpful. Free internet.

The hotel is right next to Basmane train station, useful to get to Efes by train. The hotel staff are very friendly and speak very good english. Unfortunately the double room we were allocated to is very run down, especially the bathroom, which was in a state of disrepair. Therefore it was rather unpleasant staying there.

It is nice and beautiful hotel. Simple. Lots of restaurant nearby hotel. Receptionist can speak english where it very helpful to us. nice stay in this hotel! But, there is no hot water in the shower :(

This very small hotel is very conveniently located for the Basmane railway station & the metro. The staff are very friendly & helpful. They are working to make the hotel a comfortable place for groups. They are well aware of the trouble spots with the room I occupied - the room was very small & the water pressure was hopeless + there wasn't continuous hot water. The breakfast was the typical Turkish buffet which was satisfactory.

When considering price, this is the best value when staying in Izmir. The hotel is clean, the service was prompt and courteous. The staff spoke good English and answered my questions. I stayed there for three nights and went to the top floor for a continential breakfast every morning which was included. I would consider the hotel to be equivalent to a 2.5 Star Hotel in the United States.

The front desk staff was amaing and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. They really went the extra mile in providing information and assistance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, very near the train station. The staff was also very friendly. However, with the light and noise from the street we didn't get any sleep (even with earplugs & facemasks). The room was okay, though an exposed lightbuld near the shower made me a bit nervous. The room was freezing and the heat didn't quite work, so we had to ask for extra blankets which was an ordeal itself. Skip this one, not a good value for the money.
