I will not stay here again, there are hotels either side of this one and plenty other hotels in the area, so I will look else where. The room was cold, heating was not switched on, hot water was turned off during the day, only switched on at 6:30pm, the shower screen was missing, no soap was provided, the bedding and pillows were not comfortable, the room was not made up and I had to ask for clean towels for the following day.

This hotel is in a neighborhood full of hotels, but you're probably better off with the others. It is near the International Fairgrounds, the Basmane Train Station and Kemeraltı Çarşısı (bazaar). It is also not too far from Konak Pier. If that is all you are looking for, then this hotel is fine. For me though, this hotel was dirty, run-down seeming, lacking anything aesthetically pleasing and not conveniently located. It was cheap as far as hotels go, and I guess I got what I paid for. When I complained to the hotel staff about the lack of cleanliness, they wanted to help and said they'd inform the housekeeping staff. Either they never got the message to their staff or the cleaning staff just doesn't know how to clean. Also, my room was near the elevator, which made very loud clanking noises that disturbed my sleep. The room's lighting was fluorescent and ugly. The walls were in need of a new paint job and were painted that awful sort of sterile white. The internet was very spotty and didn't work in our room - we had to use it in the downstairs lobby. One slightly redeeming quality, I guess, was the breakfast spread.

Exremely dirty!!! Even If I paid room rate, I could not stay in five minutes in the room.

We stayed here overnight mainly for its proximity to the train station. Breakfast provided was great :)

Beeing one person, who only needed a room for 2 nights sleep and shower, it was fine. The room was very small, but the bed and the bathroom was OK. All in all a professional driven low cost hotel.

We were to stay for 3 nights but only stayed one. One of the rooms had no hot water and there was mold all over the bathroom ceiling. Very unhealthy. There wasn't enough floor space for our two small suitcases or backpacks. Very small and uncomfortable room. It was advertised as a 3-star hotel but wasn't even close. If it was advertised as a backpackers hotel, okay no problem but it wasn't. I would not recommend it to others. It was also very hard to find. Not a pleasant experience.

Staff were nice. Hot water, well I should say warm water only runs from 6.30pm till mid morning and they don't tell you when you check in that you need to run the shower & tap for a good 10-15mins before the water gets warm. Bed was like a rock and so we're the pillows, I can handle a hard bed but the pillow made for a very restless nights sleep. Breakfast was good, the standard turkish breakfast plus some cornflakes. Buffet style. Heaps of restaurants outside and close to train station.

Thıs ıs an OK cheap hotel. The staff were quıte helpful. The room was small and uncomfortable, but clean. Breakfast was decent and plentıful. We got what we paid for.

Not great. Breakfast was ok but wasn't really a pleasant hotel..

Fine for a budget hotel but maybe with a group. As a female alone I did not feel comfortable eating by myself in the immediate vicinity. And although the desk staff spoke excellent English I got the most round about directions to the Archaeology Museum. I wasted so much time trying to find it. If they had just said after Konak turn left a the bus station and then a quick right up the hill I would have found it.
