Great value for money place. Hotel itself is generaly ok, stuff is frindly and helpful. Also on the 5th floor, there is a terrace where you can chill out in the evenings. Advice - stay away from 5th floor as there is a lift's motor room and it's pretty noisy.

The hotel is value for money and it wa comfortable for my one night stay. It about 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Many restaurants nearby and closer to the bus booking office.

OK for one day, maybe two, if your plan does not include... being at the hotel! It very well placed, but indeed rooms are really small. Night employees do not speak English.

Basic room. Limited soundproofing. Bar next door playing music until 3am and beyond.

We stayed for one night in a standard twim room. The room was comfortable and clean for cheap room. Easy transport options with intercity buses and train two minutes walk. The bathroom was pretty decent for small room, and beds were comfortable.

I had to stay here (rather than uproot completely from the town) due to demand from a Turkish long weekend. The hotel's location has good and bad points. I was approached by a man claiming to be from the local council as I sat 80 meters from the hotel to have a meal and a drink and told that 100 meters up the road were hookers and three nearby hotels catered exclusively (and some more), and up the hill is a black spot populated mostly by immigrants. The hotel staff confirmed his advice, they did not lie. The hotel is 20 meters from bus service booking agencies and a bus station. I never felt unsafe in the hotel and they did give advice on alternative eating places. The room I had was indeed small, and overlooked rubbish people had thrown out of their hotel windows on to a roof, there was a fridge, the linen was proper linen fabric (something that is seldom seen) and clean, though the bathroom decor and polish was lacking. While theirs is not a full service gym, I got a 40 minute jog on a treadmill. The downstairs amenities looked to me to be suitable if you had say a school group, to entertain away from the street hazards. The convenience and price served its purpose, to visit Ephesus. I have now met pansion owners in Selcuk proper. I would suggest that if your stamina for endless bus rides, schedule, and the seasonal prices allow it, skip Izmir budget offerings but so long as you are sensible and listen and ask, you can avoid harm if you must stay at this hotel.

I ordered food twice, and on both occasions I was charged about double the given price. I asked for an invoice, and after a long wait the brought a "made up" one. The room I booked is for 2 guests, but when a friends came just a couple of hours of my check out, they did not allow him to go to my room, and not even to the hotel cafe. I don't even want to remember my stay in this hotel.

Great hotel in a great location. However, the bathroom was not very clean and wifi was so slow.

We didn't even stay the night. The room was dirty, cramped, the bed covers were not made AND looked like someone had slept in them. Location is good but this hotel is not worth the money.
