Clean and Prompt service

This hotel was clean, well-run and the staff were helpful. My only problems was that the internet was a bit sporatic and the room safe was locked and although I asked the staff for help ... it was never opened so that I could utilize it.

Unpleasant stay upon late checked in as reception staff hold my passport without informed me. They should returned the passport immediately to me even though their office was closed as I have booked this hotel for 2 nights. They can scanned my passport info. during office hours anytime. Even repeated request, they insist to keep my passport inside their locker. What happened if they lost my passport ?? Are they going to held responsibility ?? Room hair dryer spoiled.

Rooms are good but the food is very disappointing!

From check-in to check-out every thing was extremely good. The entire staff was very responsive. There is nothing negative we can think off. One thing we noticed most was that besides the hotel guests, lot many people from outside visited to have food at the hotel. The kitchen was always happy to prepare dishes as per our specific requirements.

The stay was very pleasant for us. We had gone in a group for a wedding, and stayed for just one night. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The day we had to check-out, we had to attend a wedding around noon and then leave for Pune immediately. Since the check-out time was 12pm and the girls needed to change after the wedding before the travel, the hotel agreed to give us one room on our return from the wedding for an additional hour so we could change. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and willingness to help of the hotel staff.

Excellent attention to detail.. enjoyed my brief stay

Keys Hotel was a very nice hotel to stay in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. the rooms are very spacious and Western looking. The bathrooms are also very western. It has a Western bathtub, toilet and sink. the breakfast is plentiful including both Western and Indian dishes. Enjoy the dinner at the restaurant also. the hotel also has a room where you can get a massage (chargeable). My friend had a massage there and enjoyed it. There's also a room with a basic gym. A few exercise equipments. Heads up, Aurangabad has a very strong petroleum smell in the air more than any city I have been to in India. It burns your nose and throat. Be prepared to wear a scarf that will cover your nose and mouth when you go out.
